Student Contributor: Leo O’Toole

Leo O’Toole is a Senior Editor on the Yale Journal of International Law, a coach of the Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, and a member of the trial advocacy team. He has worked as a research assistant for Prof. Alec Stone Sweet and Prof. Susan Rose-Ackerman, researching issues in investment arbitration and corruption, respectively. Leo recently attended the Salzburg Global Seminar’s Cutler Law Fellow Program to present on his paper entitled “Addressing the Imbalances Brought About by Third Party Funding in Investment Arbitration.”
